Thank you for choosing to shop with Pure Ink Calligraphy. We appreciate your trust in us and strive to provide you with the best possible products and services. Below you will find our refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which we process refunds.



No Refunds After Completion of the Product

Once the final product (personalized signature, logo, or any custom work) has been delivered, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place due to the nature of the products being unique and customized specifically for you. Once the work is completed and delivered, it is no longer eligible for a refund.



Refunds During the Work Process

If you wish to cancel your order before the work is completed, we will offer a 50% refund of the total paid amount. This partial refund reflects the time and resources we have already invested in creating your custom work.



How to Request a Refund

To request a refund during the development process, please send an email to contact@pureinkcalligraphy.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide detailed reasons for the request. We will review your case and, if applicable, process the refund within 5 business days.

  • Before completion: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total paid amount.
  • After completion: No refunds are provided.

Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will take effect immediately upon publication. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
